Refund & Return Policy

At Shower Studios, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services. Please review our refund and return policy outlined below:

Returns Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original, unused, and perfect condition. If the product is not damaged and is fully functional, no refunds or returns will be processed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • Replacement for Defective Products:
    If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. There is no need to return the defective product or cover any shipping fees.
  • Proof of Defects:
    To process a replacement, we require clear photo or video evidence of the defect for verification.
  • Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Policy

  • Order Cancellation Before Shipping:
    If your order has not yet been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request is made within 72 hours of placing the order.
  • Order Not Received:
    If your product has not arrived and you wish to cancel the order, you are eligible for a refund, provided it falls within the 72-hour window from when the issue is reported.

Conditions for Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
    • A cancellation request is made within 72 hours of placing the order (if the product has not been shipped).
    • The product is defective, and the customer does not wish to receive a replacement.

How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a return, replacement, or refund request, please contact our customer support team at showerstudios757@gmail.com with the following:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A brief description of the issue.
  3. Photo or video evidence, if applicable.

Processing Time

Once your request is received and approved, we will process your replacement or refund within 5-7 business days.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
